If you change your mind and your item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and manuals, Login to your Jowato.com user portal and create a ticket within the return period, state clearly your reason for the return and exchange or refund. You may also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating clearly your reasons for invoking the return policy. After receiving and confirming all items and accessories are intact and in the same condition they were delivered, we can either exchange it or give you a full refund minus delivery charges and Tree Points of item that goes to our tree planting fund. If your payment was by debit/credit card, the refund will be made to the same card. If you paid by mobile money the refund will be refunded to your mobile wallet account. Payments made by cash will made by company cheque within 7 working days from our Head Office in Tamale.
Please note, refunds to credit/debit cards may take several days depending upon the bank it was issued by.
